A ProudS26 display is custom-made for you. You choose the design that fits your race, we process your performance data and turn it into a stylish, lasting memory.

How does it work?

Choose your display
Kies het display dat past bij jouw sportprestatie. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een HYROX, marathon, obstacle run of een ander event waar jij trots op bent. Per display kies je het ontwerp dat het beste bij jou past, bijvoorbeeld met skyline, foto, patchruimte, finishtijd, ranking of andere prestatiedetails.
Zo bepaal je zelf hoe jouw herinnering eruit komt te zien: strak, persoonlijk en helemaal passend bij het moment dat jij wilt vastleggen.

Place your order and fill in your details
Place your order easily via the website. You don't have to provide all results or times yourself in a complicated way. The most important thing is that we can properly link your order to the official results of the event.
Therefore, we ask for the details that allow us to find you, such as your name, team name, start number, or division. As soon as the results are available, we will find the correct data. Did you choose a display with an engraved photo? Then you can easily upload the photo during your order.

We verwerken je prestatie in het ontwerp
After the event, we will start working on your personal display. We process the available performance data, such as your name, division, finish time, ranking, and any intermediate or split times. Which data is exactly used depends on the chosen design and the available results of the event.
Did you provide a photo? Then we will make it suitable for engraving. We carefully crop the photo, edit it to match the design, and ensure that it can be beautifully engraved on the wood.
Then we make your display with care and precision. The frame is cut, the design is engraved, and all parts are brought together to create one personal end product.

Quality control, packaging, and shipping
Before your display is shipped, we carefully check whether everything is correct. We look at the personalisation, the engraving, the finish, and the overall appearance of the product.
If everything is in order, we pack your display neatly and securely. We then prepare your order for shipping via the chosen delivery method, such as PostNL. This way, we ensure that your display arrives as beautiful as possible.

Receive your lasting memory
Wanneer je jouw display ontvangt, kun je hem uitpakken en direct een mooie plek geven. Zet hem neer, hang hem op of geef hem cadeau aan iemand die een bijzondere prestatie heeft geleverd.
Zo wordt jouw sportprestatie meer dan alleen een uitslag op papier. Je maakt er een tastbare herinnering van: iets blijvends om met trots op terug te kijken. Een persoonlijk display dat laat zien wat je hebt gedaan, waar je voor hebt gewerkt en wat je hebt overwonnen.

When will my display be produced and shipped?
Because each display is personalized, we can only finalize the product once the official event results are available. We then process the data, personalize the design, and put the display into production.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive a notification once your display is ready for shipment.
What information will be shown on my display?
This varies per design. Depending on the chosen display, your name, division, finish time, ranking, team name and/or team details can be incorporated, among other things.
For each product, it is clearly indicated which data will be displayed on that specific display.
Do I need to report my result myself?
You don't need to report your results yourself. As soon as the official results are available, we will look up the necessary data via the event's results page.

Is the race patch included with the display?
No, the patch is not included. The display does have room to give your own race patch a nice spot.
Is Prouds26 officiële merchandise van HYROX of het evenement?
Nee, Prouds26 maakt gepersonaliseerde herinneringsproducten, maar is geen officieel merchandisingproduct van HYROX of het evenement.
Can I return a personalized product?
Omdat onze displays speciaal op basis van jouw gegevens worden gepersonaliseerd, kunnen gepersonaliseerde producten niet worden geretourneerd wanneer ze al in productie zijn genomen.
Is er iets mis met je bestelling, bijvoorbeeld door schade, een productiefout of verkeerde gegevens vanuit onze kant? Neem dan contact met ons op via info@prouds26.nl. Dan zoeken we uiteraard naar een passende oplossing.
